EVENING PRAYERS
In the name of the Father and of the Son

The Lord's Prayer:

Our Father, Who art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name, Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation But deliver us from evil. Amen.

The Hail Mary:
Hail Mary, full of grace! The lord is with thee: Blessed are thou among women,and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, Pray for us sinners, Now and at the hour of our death.
Amen.
O my God, I thank You for Your benefits, specially for those which I have received this day from Your bounty. Enlighten me, and give me Your grace that I may be truly sorry for my sins.
(Meditate on your sins of this day):

The Act of Contrition:

Oh my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended you, And I detest all my sins, because of your just punishments, But most of all because they offend you, my God, Who art all-good and deserving of all my love. I firmly resolve, with the help of your grace, to sin no more and to avoid the near occasions of sin.

Bless, O Lord, the sleep I am about to take that I may be enabled to serve You better.
May the Blessed Virgin and all the saints pray for me.
Angel of God, my guardian dear, To whom His love commits me here.
Ever this night be at my side, to light and guard, to rule and guide.
Amen.

Jesus, Mary and Joseph, I give you my heart and soul.
Jesus, Mary and Joseph, assist me in my last agony.
Jesus, Mary and Joseph, may I breathe forth my soul in peace with you.
May the Lord

Danos hoy nuestro pan de cada día; perdona nuestras ofensas así como nosotros olvidamos al que nos ofende; y no nos dejes caer en la tentación sino más bien libranos de todo mal. Amén

El Ave María:
Ave María, llena eres de gracia!, El Señor está contigo: Bendita tu eres entre todas la mujeres y Bendito es el Fruto de tu vientre: Jesús. Santa María, Madre de Dios, ruega por nosotros los pecadores, ahora y en la hora de nuestra muerte. Amén. Gloria al Padre, Gloria al Hijo y Gloria al Espíritu Santo, como era en un principio, ahora y siempre por los siglos de los siglos. Amén
Oh, Dios y Señor mío, yo te agradezco por todos Tus beneficios, especialmente por esos que he recibido en este día de tu infinita bondad. Ilumíname y dame Tu gracia para que yo pueda arrepentirme verdaderamente de mis pecados. 

(Haz un exámen de conciencia y medita en los pecados que cometiste en este día).

Acto de Contrición:
Jesús, mi Señor y mi redentor, yo me arrepiento de todos los pecados que he cometido hasta hoy, y me pesa de todo corazón por que con ellos te ofendí a Tí, un Dios tan Bueno; propongo firmemente no volver a pecar, confío que por tu infinita misericordia me has de conceder el perdón de mis culpas y me has de llevar a la vida eterna. Amén.

Bendice, oh Dios, el sueño que voy a tomar, para que descansando, mañana pueda servirte mejor.
Permite a la Santísima Virgen María y a todos los Santos rogar por mi.

Santo Ángel de mi guarda, mi dulce compañia, no me desampares ni de noche ni de día, para que me pongas en paz y alegría, con todos los Santos con Jesús y con María. Amén
