In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ I will begin this day. I thank you, Lord, for having preserved me during the night. I will do my best to make all I do today pleasing to You and in accordance with Your will. My dear mother Mary, watch over me this day. My Guardian Angel take care of me. St. Joseph and all you saints of God, pray for me.

O Jesus, through the immaculate heart of Mary, I offer you my prayers, works, joys and sufferings of this day in union with the holy unity of brotherhood throughout the world. I offer them for all the intentions of your sacred heart: the salvation of souls, reparation for sin, the reunion of all Christians. I offer them for the intentions of our bishops and of all the apostles of prayer and in particular for those recommended by our Holy Father this month.

We should not be satisfied merely to keep the commandments of God, but should always be ready to do good deeds, even when they are not commanded. The commandments of God state the minimum requirements for salvation. They should be kept not merely according to the letter, but also according to the spirit, which obliges us to strive for greater perfection.

I believe in God the Father, Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth:  And in Jesus Christ, his only begotten Son, our Lord:  Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary: Suffered under Pontius Pilate; was crucified, died and  was  buried: He descended into hell: The third day he rose again from the dead: in fulfillment of the Scriptures. He ascended into heaven, and sits at the right hand of God the Father Almighty: From thence he shall come to judge the living and the dead: 
I believe in the Holy Spirit: I believe in the Holy Catholic Church: the communion of saints:  The forgiveness of sins: The resurrection of the body:  And the life everlasting. Amen.

Our Father, Who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy name; Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen

Glory to God in the highest and peace to His people on earth. Lord God, heavenly King, almighty God and Father, we worship You, we give You thanks, we praise you for Your glory. Lord Jesus Christ, only Son of the Father, Lord God Lamb of God, You take away the sin of the world: have mercy on us; You are seated at the right hand of the Father: receive our prayer For You alone are the Holy One You alone are the Lord, You alone are the Most High Jesus Christ, with the Holy Spirit, in the glory of God the Father. Lord God we joyfully receive your gift of life this day and pray you purity of heart. May You bring me healing and strenght, now and forever. Let us pray silently for the trials of the day ahead of us and for the courage to face it like the soldiers of Jesus Christ that we try to be. (Reflect and pray)

O my God, at the end o this day I thank You most heartily for all the graces I have received from You. I am sorry that I have not made a better use of them. I am sorry for all the sins I have committed against You. Forgive me, O my God, and graciously protect me this night. Blessed Virgin Mary, my dear heavenly mother, take me under your protection. St. Joseph, my dear Guardian Angel, and all you saints of God, pray for me. Sweet Jesus, have pity on all poor sinners, and save them from hell. Have mercy on the suffering souls in purgatory...

O my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended You and I detest all my sins, because I dread the loss of heaven and the pains of hell, but most of all because they offend you, my God, who are all good and deserving of all my love. I firmly resolve, with the help of your grace, to confess my sins, to do penance and to amend my life.

Soul of Christ, make me holy. Body of Christ, save me. Blood of Christ, fill me with love.Water from Christ's side, wash me. Passion of Christ, strengthen me. Good Jesus, hear me. Within your wounds, hide me. Never let me be parted from you. From the evil enemy, protect me. At the hour of my death, call me. And tell me to come to you. That with your saints I may  praise you. THE POWER OF PRAYER Submitted by Bernadette Lim When you read this, say a prayer.  That's all you have to do.  This is powerful. Prayer is one  of the best gifts we receive. There is no cost but a lot of rewards. Let's continue praying for one  another. Father, I ask you to bless my friends reading this right now Lord, show them a new revelation  of Your love and power. Holy Spirit, I askYou to minister to their spirit at this very moment.Where  there is pain, give them Your peace and mercy.  Where there is self-doubting, release a  renewed confidence in Your ability to work through  them.Where there is tiredness, or exhaustion, I ask You to give them understanding, patience, and  strength as they learn submission to Your leading.  Where there is spiritual stagnation, I ask You to renew them by revealing Your nearness, and  by drawing them into greater intimacy withYou. Where there is fear, reveal Your love, and release to  them Your courage. Where there is a sin blocking them, reveal it, and break its hold over my  friend's life. Bless their finances, give them greater vision and raise up leaders, and friends to support,  and encourage them. Give each of them discernment to recognize the demonic forces around them, and reveal to  them the power they have in You to defeat it.  I ask You to do these things in Jesus' name.  Passing this prayer on to anyone you consider a friend will bless you both. Passing this on to  one not considered a friend is something I  know Christ would do.
