Stuffed Shrimp



2 tablespoons butter --1/2 cup onion, finely chopped--1/2 cup bell pepper, finely chopped--1 cup milk--
2 tablespoons flour--1 pound white crab meat--1 teaspoon salt--1 teaspoon pepper--1/2 teaspoon Tabasco--
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce--3/4 cup bread crumbs --16 to 18 medium shrimp, peeled--1/2 cup flour --
Oil for deep-frying -- 
In skillet over medium heat, melt butter and saute' onions and bell peppers. Mix 2 tablespoons flour into milk. Stir 5-6 minutes or until thick. Remove from heat and add crab meat, seasonings and bread crumbs. Mix well. Wrap about 2 tablespoons of stuffing around each shrimp, enclosing shrimp completely. Roll in flour to coat and deep-fat fry until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Remove -Serve
