14-inch
to 16-inch round steak -- 4 cloves garlic---3 medium onions --- 1 medium
bell pepper ---1 cup celery--1/3 cup bread crumbs ---1 pound fresh sausage
==== Season steak. Chop remaining ingredients. Mix well. Spread stuffings
on steak. Roll the meat and fasten the edge with toothpicks. Place in flat
baking pan and cook at 325 F 2 hours or until tender. Baste meat occasionally.
Serve 6. A thick pocket steak may also be used and flour can be substituted
for the bread.
