| 2- Pint Oysters...add juice...
10- Slices Bacon Strips..... 3-Potatoes....raw and sliced.... 2-cup raw carrots..... 2 onions chopped..... 3{teaspoons} salt.... 1 {teaspoon} red pepper.... 1/2 glass of dry white wine..... 1-cup parsley minced...... 2- quarts milk...... |
Boil Oysters in juice about 3 minutes...until Oysters begin to curl........remove
from juice... Set aside....keep juice.....
Fry bacon in pan and set aside .... cook onion in bacon fat until golden brown......add vegetables and Oyster juice ....add 2 cups water....cover and cook down until tender...15 to 20 minutes...... Then add milk and all seasoning ......boil.....add Wine and Oysters...... Serve with bacon pieces on top..... Yummmmmm..... Yeah! It Is!@ |
