Creole Tea 
1 gallon water-- 5 large tea bags or 12 small-- 1/2 peel of one large lime --1/2 peel of one orange --4 soup spoons red sugar or white -- Bring tea bags, lime and orange peels and gallon of water 
( less 1 cup to add later ) to boil in covered pot. Turn off fire and add the remaining cup of cold water carefully over the tea bags and peels. Cover. Let sit overnight. Next day, pour into gallon jar, adding sugar, Serve hot or cold. 

Orange Smoothie 
1 ripe banana --1 naval orange, peeled and quartered-- 1 cup orange juice -- 6 ounces fat-free whipped topping, thawed-- 1 cup crushed ice-- Place ingredients in blender and blend 45 seconds. Serve in tall, chilled glasses. Serve
