Creole Tea
1 gallon water-- 5 large tea bags or 12 small-- 1/2 peel of one large lime
--1/2 peel of one orange --4 soup spoons red sugar or white -- Bring tea
bags, lime and orange peels and gallon of water
( less 1 cup to add later ) to boil in covered pot. Turn off fire and
add the remaining cup of cold water carefully over the tea bags and peels.
Cover. Let sit overnight. Next day, pour into gallon jar, adding sugar,
