Cabbage Rolls
 
1 large head cabbage -- 1 pound ground beef-- 1/2 pound ground pork--1 large bell pepper, chopped --2 large onions , chopped--1 cup celery, chopped--2 8-ounce tomato sauce -1 clove garlic--1 cup raw rice-- Salt and pepper, to taste-- 1/2 cup parsley, chopped-- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce --2 tablespoon cooking oil-- >>Put cabbage in large pot of salty boiling water to wilt, about 15 minutes. Remove cabbage from boiling water and separate leaves. Combine next 11 ingredients and mix well. Hold one cabbage leaf in one hand and full with 1 tablespoonful of meat mixture and roll. Place in large pot with cooking oil. Arrange cabbage rolls evenly. Start cooking on high heat until it boils, then lower to medium low. If too much liquid forms, remove with large spoon. Cook until tender, about 1 1/2 hours. Serve           Burp!  opps!
