QUICK  Jamabalaya

                                   2- lbs Pork Ribbs
                                                3- cups raw rice......
                                                  1- large chopped onione.....
                                                    2- chopped garlic cloves.....
 

pour grease  and cover bottom of pot ........
heat and add meat .....
brown.....
when meat is brown ....drain grease out of pot....{use a spoon }....
add onions and garlic to meat ....cook on low fire....till onions are wilted and brown.....
add 3-cups water to pot ....3-cups raw rice....
turn up heat and bring to boil while stirring often....once you have done this.....turn down heat to low.....
cover pot.....cook 1- hour .......
In this time you will stir 3-times in pot......
let sit for 15-minutes...... and serve..... With Hot! Rolls !!!!
